Do I need any martial arts experience to get started?

Not at all. The majority of our members started with zero experience. Our coaches teach every technique from the fundamentals up, so you'll always know what to do and feel supported from day one.

What happens at my first visit?

You'll meet with a coach for a free intro session where we learn about your goals, show you around the gym, and walk you through what training looks like. There's no pressure — just a conversation and a chance to see if we're the right fit.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in — shorts, a t-shirt, and bare feet for grappling classes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We have everything else you need at the gym.

Is this a good workout for weight loss and getting in shape?

Absolutely. Our Boxing, Kickboxing, and BJJ classes are some of the most effective full-body workouts you'll find. Many of our members joined specifically to lose weight and get in better shape — and the results speak for themselves.

Do you have programs for kids and teenagers?

Yes! We offer Kids Martial Arts for ages 5–12 and a Youth Training program for ages 13–17. Both programs focus on building confidence, discipline, fitness, and martial arts skills in a safe, structured environment.

We're located at 4017 Jefferson Avenue in Texarkana, AR 71854 — right off Jefferson Ave with free parking available on-site. We serve the greater Texarkana area including Nash, Wake Village, New Boston, and surrounding communities in both Bowie County, TX and Miller County, AR.
